PREPARE THIS INFORMATION
- Vehicle, chassis, transmission, engine, and MEVD17.2.6 ECU identification
- Complete turbocharger and boost-control configuration
- Fuel type, fuel pumps, injectors, and any supplemental fueling
- Intake, intercooler, chargepipe, downpipe, and exhaust configuration
- MAP/TMAP sensors, flex-fuel hardware, and external controllers
- Current MHD backup, existing calibration, faults, and available datalogs
Start the vehicle only after the hardware is complete and mechanically verified. Boost leaks, fuel-pressure faults, ignition problems, incorrect injector information, or an unknown base file must be resolved before calibration development.
