  • A Windows Laptop: Compatible with tuning software like MS4X Flasher or Quickflash.

What does a tune do for my car?

A tune enhances your car’s performance by recalibrating key engine parameters. Common benefits include:

  • Increased Power: Adjusted timing, fuel maps, and other parameters result in better horsepower and torque.
  • Improved Throttle Response: Makes the car feel more responsive and engaging.
  • Customized Features: Options like burble tunes, cold start removal, or rev limit increases can be added.

Are the tunes safe?

Yes, our tunes are designed with safety in mind:

  • Safe Parameters: Air-fuel ratios, timing, and boost levels are kept within safe limits for reliability.
  • Testing: Each tune is tested extensively in real-world conditions.
  • Requirements: Ensure your vehicle is well-maintained and free of mechanical issues before tuning.

What if my tune needs adjustments?

We include up to five revisions within 30 days of purchase for stock engine tunes. Cars with additional power adders will be revisional as necessary until both the tuner and customer are happy.

Revisions are helpful for:

  • Adjusting to additional modifications (i.e. headers, cai, fixing a problem).
  • Refining performance for specific goals.
  • Addressing feedback from data logs.

If you need revisions after you have used up your five revisions, you will have to pay for more revisions.

If the revisions were for something we got wrong, we will not be counting them towards your 5 free revisions. We own up to our mistakes.

If you have made a big modification to your car such as but not limited to:

  • M50 manifold on M52TU/M54
  • 3SIM on N52
  • Adding a power-adder (such as turbo, nitrous, etc)
  • Drastic cam changes
  • Injector changes

your revision will not fall under the free revisions.

Do I need specific fuel for a tune?

Yes, fuel requirements vary depending on your tune:

  • 91/93 Octane: Common for most performance tunes.
  • E85: Available for flex-fuel setups, which require proper injectors and a sensor.
  • Recommendations: Always use the specified fuel type to achieve optimal results and prevent engine damage.

Can I revert to the stock tune?

Yes! We provide the option to back up your stock tune. Using the same flashing process, you can restore the ECU to its original factory settings if needed.

Do you support custom setups?

Absolutely. Custom tunes are available for unique setups such as:

  • Upgraded turbos or superchargers.
  • Aftermarket intake and exhaust systems.
  • Modified fueling setups (e.g., larger injectors or fuel pumps).

When ordering a custom tune, provide detailed information about your build for the best results.

What if I encounter issues during tuning?

If you run into issues, our support team is here to help:

  • Troubleshooting Guides: Included with your purchase, available upon support contact.
  • Remote Support: We can guide you through the process or assist in diagnosing problems via remote support.

Do you offer international support?
