Poverty Built Beta Testing and Social Media Influencer Tune Compensation Program

Poverty Built offers two separate programs:

  1. Beta Testing Program — for qualified vehicles helping us develop and refine new tuning support.
  2. Influencer Compensation Program — for proven content creators who can provide real marketing value.

These programs are not the same.

Beta testers may receive a free or discounted tune because they are actively helping with testing, logging, revisions, and development.

Influencers are handled through a performance-based reimbursement model. Influencers must purchase upfront unless otherwise approved.

Influencer Compensation Program

Read This Before Applying

This is not a free tune program.

We are not looking for small accounts asking for free products in exchange for exposure.

To be considered, you must have proven traction, consistent engagement, and an audience that matches Poverty Built’s market.

You may be asked to provide:

  • Social media links
  • Recent analytics screenshots
  • Average views per reel, short, or video
  • Engagement rate
  • Audience demographics
  • Examples of automotive content
  • Previous brand work, if applicable

Follower count alone does not guarantee approval. However, accounts with low engagement, reposted content, inactive followers, or no real automotive audience will not be considered.

How Influencer Compensation Works

Approved influencers must purchase the tune upfront unless otherwise discussed.

Before the tune is delivered, we will agree on the required content, posting schedule, tags, usage rights, and performance expectations.

Once the agreed content is completed, posted, and verified, Poverty Built may issue a partial or full reimbursement of the tune price.

Compensation is based on:

  • Content quality
  • Originality
  • Relevance to Poverty Built
  • Actual reach and engagement
  • Completion of agreed deliverables
  • Whether usable media was provided to Poverty Built

Low-effort content, deleted posts, reposted clips, poor-quality media, or content with little to no engagement may result in reduced compensation or no compensation.

Beta Testing Program

Current Beta Testing

As of March 28th, 2026, we are currently looking for:

  • N20
  • S85

Beta testing is for serious customers with vehicles that match platforms we are actively developing or refining.

Beta testers provide value by helping us collect datalogs, test revisions, report issues, and improve the final product before full public release.

Because of that, approved beta testers may receive a free or discounted tune unless discussed otherwise.

Beta Tester Requirements

To qualify, you must:

  • Have a vehicle that matches our current testing needs
  • Have a mechanically sound car
  • Have the required flashing and logging tools
  • Have a Windows laptop with internet access if required
  • Be able to provide datalogs in a timely manner
  • Be willing to test revisions when needed
  • Communicate clearly about issues or changes
  • Not share, sell, distribute, or misuse beta files
  • Understand that beta testing carries risk and is performed at your own risk

Beta testing is not for people who simply want a free tune. If you cannot log, communicate, or test properly, you will not qualify.

Legal Terms & Conditions

Beta testers may receive a free or discounted tune at Poverty Built’s discretion unless discussed otherwise.

Influencers must purchase upfront unless specifically approved for another arrangement.

Refunds, reimbursements, discounts, free tuning, or compensation are not guaranteed unless agreed to in writing.

Poverty Built reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke participation at any time.

Failure to complete agreed requirements may void eligibility for compensation, discounts, future revisions, or continued program participation.

Participants accept all risks associated with tuning, beta testing, vehicle modification, and performance use.

Poverty Built is not responsible for engine damage, drivetrain damage, vehicle issues, lost time, lost income, or any other damages related to tuning or testing.

Participants may not share, resell, distribute, leak, or misuse tuning files, beta files, or proprietary information.

Any attempt to distribute or misuse Poverty Built files will result in immediate disqualification and may result in further action.

This program may be changed, paused, or ended at any time at the discretion of Poverty Built.
