Unlock the full potential of your BMW N54 twin-turbo inline-six with our dyno-tested ECU calibrations. Each stage is designed to provide optimal power gains while maintaining reliability, with maps available for 91, 93, 95 pump gas and ethanol blends (E30, E50, E85)

These tunes are meant to be flashed via MHD, or through the BimmerTuningTools N54 Quickflash.


Stage 1 Tune – 91/93/95 Octane (Stock Car Friendly)

Power Output: ~380 HP / 390 lb-ft (530 Nm)
✅ Optimized fueling, ignition timing, and boost for smooth power delivery
✅ Works with stock downpipes and intercooler
✅ Supports 91, 93, 95 octane fuels
✅ No additional modifications required

Recommended Mods: High-flow panel filter or drop-in intake for improved airflow


Stage 1+ Tune – 91/93/95 Octane, E30 (FMIC Recommended)

Power Output: ~400 HP / 410 lb-ft (560Nm)
✅ Same refined tuning as Stage 1, but optimized for improved cooling and ethanol blends
✅ Supports 91, 93, 95 octane + E30 ethanol blend
✅ Higher boost levels and adjusted ignition for better mid-range power

Recommended Mods:

  • Upgraded front-mount intercooler (FMIC) (to prevent heat soak)

Stage 2 Tune – 91/93/95 Octane, E30, E50 (High-Flow Downpipes Recommended)

Power Output: ~410 HP / 413 lb-ft (560 Nm) (Pump Gas)
430 HP / 443 lb-ft (600 Nm) (E30/E50)
✅ Higher boost, revised ignition timing, and VANOS adjustments for increased spool and throttle response
✅ Supports 91, 93, 95 octane + E30/E50 ethanol blends
✅ Removes torque restrictions for improved acceleration

Required Mods:

  • High-flow or catless downpipes (for reduced backpressure)

  • Port injection or upgraded high-pressure fuel pump (for full E85 support)

Recommended Mods:

  • Larger charge pipes and intercooler (for consistent IATs)
  • Aftermarket exhaust system (for improved flow)
  • Upgraded clutch (for manual cars)
